About The Position

The site Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily security operations for Stuttgart manufacturing site. This role will be responsible for the physical security of personnel, facilities, and assets. This role involves developing and implementing security policies, managing security staff, coordinating emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in security or law enforcement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with HR, Operations, Facilities and other stakeholders to address security concerns.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with security technology (CCTV, access control, alarm systems).
  • Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, emergency response protocols, and workplace safety standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, crafting strategies for risk reduction
  • Develop policies, protocols and procedures in coordination with the Lennox Corporate Security Operations team
  • Work closely with site leaders to enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
  • Provide oversight to the third-party security personnel and work with their supervisor to ensure all protocols and procedures are being followed.
  • Develop and conduct regular audits and inspections of security systems and procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Investigate security breaches and implement corrective actions.
  • Train staff on security awareness, emergency response, and workplace safety.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and access controls to ensure proper functioning.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies
  • Maintain records of incidents, investigations, and security reports.
  • Stay current on industry trends, threats, and best practices.
