Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and directing the community's 24-hour security operation. Provides departmental leadership to ensure the security and safety of the community through adequate supervision, appropriate staffing, and carefully monitoring all security functions. Provides support during the evening and night hours to residents and team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years' security, law enforcement, or emergency services experience
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Guard Certification, if employed in the state of Maryland (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
  • CPR, AED, & first aid certification (or obtain within the 3-month introductory period)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
