Another Source’s client, Sabey Data Centers is recruiting a Security Supervisor to join their team in Tukwila, Washington. This role is on site in Tukwila and offers free parking along with awesome benefits. The standard work schedule for this role is primarily 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday and on occasion there will be check in and/or cover other shifts. About this role: The Security Supervisor manages internal and external physical security operations to ensure visitors, customers, and employees have a safe and secure experience. This role oversees contracted security services, supports the effective operation of physical security systems, and ensures site-level execution of security standards, procedures, and training. The Security Supervisor works closely with local Operations leadership, the Physical Security Manager, the Security Systems Engineer, and vendor partners to identify and address security gaps, respond to incidents, support audits, and mitigate risk while delivering consistent, high-quality security services. The Security Supervisor reports to the Security Manager and functions as a member of the Business Operations team. This role requires primarily weekday hours as well as the ability to respond to systems issues 24/7. The role will be based on the SDC Seattle East campus location but will assist with security operations at the SDC Seattle West campus.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience in physical security.
  • At least three years of experience in a security leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience with access control, CCTV, and physical security technologies preferred.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-security environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in audits, incident investigations, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and security platforms.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, training, and professional development.
  • Ability to learn and apply automation and AI tools to improve team performance.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn and utilize AI tools and technology.
