Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card (Must be at least 21 years of age.)
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, organize work and train Security Officers in the performance of their duties.
• Must be able to carry a firearm and have the appropriate firearm registered with local law enforcement agency.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred four (4) years’ experience in casino security or the law enforcement field, with one (1) year experience in a supervisory position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeping criminal incidents to a minimum.
• Understanding business needs and managing labor cost.
• Maintaining a secure property, especially with regards to all sensitive areas.
• Exceptional report writing and documenting incidents.
• Detail oriented.
