As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will greet staff, patients, and visitors with professional customer service, communicate clearly, and document observations while supporting a calm, people-first environment. Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a guard card.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including entrances, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and/or maintenance concerns.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with facility leadership and/or public responders as directed.
- Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations, helping to deter unwanted activity through visible presence and timely reporting.
- Complete routine documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift handoffs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and onsite stakeholders.
