Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a security related discipline along with three (3) years of experience in a security related field or An Associate degree plus seven (7) years of work experience in a security related field or Nine (9) years of work experience in a security related field
  • TS/SCI /SAR clearance
  • Security Professionals Certification

  • Experience working on a Joint Program contract

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and assist with security incident inquiries
  • Track and provide trend analysis on reported security incidents
  • Provide incident matrix to the Director of Security (DS) and Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO)
  • Recommend classification determinations prior to inquiry initiation Monitor inquiry progress, provide status updates to the GSSO, and draft appropriate reports before, during, and after inquiry
  • Participate in containment and clean-up actions and document results
  • Maintain the Security Incident Guide in coordination with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM)
  • Ensure personnel are notified of the initial incident in accordance with (IAW) policy
  • Assess and optimize security processes, including automation, for a rapidly growing program to ensure consistent security support, and produce products resulting from this analysis
  • Identify program requirements through review and analysis of user needs and produce products resulting from this analysis Identify emerging threats and produce products resulting from this analysis
  • Conduct special security studies and produce products resulting from these studies.
  • Perform all document control duties associated with receipt, transmission, inventory, reproduction, disposition, and management of classified information
  • Administer receipt and dispatch system for all collateral and SAP information, and SCI as required
  • Prepare classified packages for transmission through mail, secure fax, or courier
  • Maintain document tracking log for Partner/FMS specific AMCP, PSI, SOP, Memoranda of Understanding (MOU), and other applicable documents
