About The Position

This role is designed for a technically skilled professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about mobile security and SaaS solutions. The Security Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical expert, guiding clients through deployment, configuration, and optimization of security tools to meet business objectives. This position involves designing and implementing complex, customized solutions, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. The engineer will advocate for customers internally, addressing technical challenges and providing input for product development. Remote work flexibility allows engagement with a wide range of clients while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional security solutions and enabling customer success.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 3 years of experience in software development or software support.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support within a security and mobile device management (MDM) environment.
  • Proficiency in Android Studio for application testing and in designing custom APIs for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SSO, SSL, SIEM tools (including Splunk), and MDM solutions such as Intune and WorkspaceOne.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex client deployments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate across teams in different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement mobile security architectures and customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Act as the primary technical expert on the platform, providing deployment guidance and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with account management, customer success, support, development, and product teams to address customer issues effectively.
  • Develop technical documentation, gather client requirements, and design cross-product solutions to achieve customer business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform internal teams on product improvements and problem resolution.
  • Provide hands-on support for deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of security and mobile device management tools.
