About The Position

In this role, you will act as the technical lead for mobile security solutions, supporting enterprise customers through deployment, customization, and optimization of advanced security platforms. You will partner with clients to understand their business objectives, provide guidance on best practices, and implement tailored solutions that ensure secure and seamless adoption. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and customer success, you will troubleshoot complex issues and advocate for customer needs. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic problem-solving in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment. You will have the opportunity to influence product evolution while delivering measurable impact on security outcomes for clients. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about mobile security, SaaS architectures, and enterprise customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development or software support, ideally within security or mobile device management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Android Studio, SSO/SSL database management, custom API design, and SIEM tools (including Splunk).
  • Experience managing and supporting MDM solutions such as Intune and WorkspaceOne.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical troubleshooting expertise, and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide proactive guidance during enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize mobile security architectures to meet enterprise client requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for the platform, guiding customers through deployment planning, best practices, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide hands-on support for complex configurations, integrations, and cross-product solutions in collaboration with clients.
  • Develop technical documentation, gather requirements, and design custom APIs or workflows to address unique customer needs.
  • Collect customer feedback and advocate internally to drive product improvements and effective problem resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success managers, support teams, and development/product teams across time zones to resolve technical issues promptly.
