Requirements

• Proven leadership skills in a security or similar role
• Physically able to walk and stand for the full shift (this is an active role)
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Must have reliable transportation to Lake Grove, NY

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a small on-site security team
• Perform regular foot patrols throughout the shopping center
• Ensure team members are alert, professional, and meeting site expectations
• Respond promptly to incidents, escalate when needed, and complete reports
• Act as the primary point of contact between the site and security management
