About The Position
Now Hiring Security Shift Supervisors to work in the areas of Brickell, FL! As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Pay Rate: $22/per hour Location: Brickell, FL Full-Time: Sunday- Thursday, (11pm-7am)
Requirements
- 3+ Years Security Experience (Supervisor Experience required)
- Fluent, English, and Spanish, required
- Valid Florida Security License D License
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to ride a bike
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
