POSITION OBJECTIVE: Provide comprehensive supervision of Team Members and security operations on the assigned shift. Monitor and address guest compliance with casino regulations, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to resolve incidents. Supervise and develop Security Team Members while addressing guest incidents, including resolving policy violations, issuing warnings, or barring guests as needed. Collaborate with other department leadership to provide support for escalated guest incidents. Coordinate with Security Management and the Nisqually Tribal Gaming Agency to address alleged criminal or regulatory matters. Assist in implementing security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and Team Members.
