About The Position
IronWatch Security, LLC a new security provider in Northern Virginia is looking for certified personnel to fill the roles of Security Professionals. IronWatch Security will be serving clients all over the Northern Virginia region. IronWatch Security is a responsive and client-focused security provider catering to the needs of commercial, retail, and residential clients in Northern Virginia. As a smaller company, we prioritize delivering elite security services while establishing personal connections with our clients to address any concerns promptly. Our team includes experienced professionals, including firefighters and EMTs, with extensive backgrounds in fire safety and rescue, ensuring comprehensive protection. We provide continuous, top-notch training for our security officers to maintain their expertise. Operating within the bounds of the law, our commitment to legal adherence is not just a requirement; it’s a principle. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Possess or be able to obtain a Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Registration
- Valid driver’s license will be required for driver positions
- Pass a background check
- Available to work all schedules/shifts including weekends and holidays
- DCJS Armed Registration (Required)
Nice To Haves

- Driver's License (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Providing safety and security of the client’s property and personnel
- Respond to incidents
- Provide detailed reports
- Conduct regular and random patrols
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking may be required
- Ensuring employees and visitors have proper credentials
