Requirements

Valid Driver's License
21+ years of age
Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the assigned location, including business areas and perimeter, to help to deter potential security-related issues.
Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or potential threats within the location.
Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a visible presence.
Support emergency response efforts, including coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as appropriate.
Complete detailed reports and documentation of incidents, patrols, and any security-related observations.
Follow all company and location-specific procedures, maintaining professionalism and adherence to Allied Universal standards.
