As a Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol Driver in Oxford, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the facility to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to staff, patients, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas and responding to security-related situations as needed. This is a driving post, so you will be operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Report and document any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and general information while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with on-site teams and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support site operations.
