As a Security Professional - Media Patrol Officer in Lebanon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech and media location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Observe for signs of suspicious or unusual activity and report findings as directed.
- Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address questions or concerns.
- Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity.
- Assist with emergency evacuations and/or drills as required by site-specific protocols.
