As a Front Desk Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to maintain a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, managing visitor logs, and responding to security-related incidents as needed. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
Monitor access to the facility, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management in accordance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.
Assist with emergency response activities by following established protocols and communicating promptly with appropriate personnel.
Support the overall security-related operations at the front desk by maintaining a professional presence and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
