As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver Clearance in Merrimack, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. You will conduct regular patrols, provide a visible presence, and offer outstanding customer service while upholding our company's values of teamwork, reliability, and integrity. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. Requirements

  • An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A Guard Card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary based on the location, which may include aerospace and defense settings.
  • Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual circumstances to the appropriate authorities and Allied Universal management.
  • Execute assigned post orders and tasks as directed by Allied Universal and client site leadership.
  • Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the location.
  • Participate in site-specific training sessions to remain knowledgeable about security-related procedures and emergency protocols relevant to the aerospace and defense environment.
