As a Security Professional - Dispatch Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, assist with alarm panels, and manage access control and badge systems. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and communication to all personnel. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by responding to calls, coordinating with on-site teams, and supporting daily operations. Requirements

  • An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications at the dispatch center, relaying information to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations, coordinating resources in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Follow site-specific security-related procedures and protocols relevant to an aerospace and defense environment.
  • Document all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and facilitate communication between security-related teams and site management.
  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Support regular and random patrols by maintaining communication with security-related personnel throughout the location.
