As a Security Professional - Commercial Site Patrol - Full Time in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and engage with building occupants to provide excellent customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, and you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact while working within a collaborative team that values agility, reliability, and integrity.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Experience providing customer service is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while on duty at the location.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any irregularities.
Monitor entry and exit points, reporting any suspicious behavior or activity according to established protocols.
Document and report security-related occurrences and maintain clear communication with supervisor and team members.
Assist with emergency response activities as required, following established procedures and guidelines.
