As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with tenants and visitors, offering excellent customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or violations of site policies.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas of the commercial real estate location to observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and/or other activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Communicate professionally and courteously with visitors, tenants, and staff to address questions, provide directions, and assist with security-related matters.
Follow all company and client site protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment for all occupants and guests.
