Job Description As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and foster a welcoming environment through excellent customer service and communication. This position requires driving responsibilities, offering you the opportunity to be an integral part of a collaborative team that values integrity, agility, and innovation.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, engaging emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols both inside the business and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Work closely with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership to address site-specific needs and requirements.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to those on the premises.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as directed by Allied Universal policies.
