As a Security Professional - Commercial Real Estate Patrol in Kapolei, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will use company vehicles to cover designated areas. Requirements
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
- Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or observations as required by site procedures.
- Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
- Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as needed during patrols.
- Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings at all times, adapting to changing environments and conditions as required by the site.
