Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a dynamic commercial real estate location. In this role, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, and offer outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You'll play a key part in creating a welcoming environment, using your communication skills to address inquiries and assist visitors. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with inquiries and provide directions or information as needed.
Work collaboratively with property management and/or local law enforcement as required.
