We are seeking a Security Product Manager to strengthen operational excellence across the Infrastructure & Security organization. This role will focus on driving organizational processes, reporting, and execution, while also taking a lead role in advancing key security-related workstreams that protect F5's systems, data, and employees. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of operations and security — translating high-level priorities into structured plans, reports, and processes that keep initiatives on track. They are highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working across a global, technical organization. This role provides a unique opportunity to support critical programs in infrastructure and security while helping scale the operating system of a fast-moving, globally distributed team.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or similar roles in a technology organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience working on or supporting security-related projects or programs.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience building reports, dashboards, or business reviews.
  • Skilled communicator, able to draft clear updates, slides, and executive-ready materials.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in infrastructure, IT, or security organizations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or other reporting/analytics platforms.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interest in scaling operations and driving impact in security-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage organizational rhythms, including leadership team meetings, planning cycles, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive progress on security-related initiatives and workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Support strategic programs by building tracking mechanisms, follow-up processes, and progress reporting.
  • Own reporting on OKRs, KPIs, and operational metrics to provide visibility into org health and progress.
  • Prepare executive-ready content including reports, dashboards, and communications.
  • Drive consistency and efficiency in workflows, knowledge management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the organization.
  • Act as a point of coordination for escalations, requests, and ad hoc projects.

Benefits

  • The annual base pay for this position is: $108,000.00 - $162,000.00.
  • Incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
