Job Description As a Security Patrol Officer in Los Lunas, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with teams on site, and bring our agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-led approach to every shift. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following post orders, security-related procedures, location policies, and/or emergency response activities when required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, yards, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting observations and unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points and delivery areas, assisting with visitor processing, vehicle screening, and/or verification of credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and corrective actions, and communicate timely updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or the site point of contact.
