About The Position

As a Security Patrol Officer in Nashua, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within the aerospace and defense environment, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and attention to detail will help create a secure atmosphere for all individuals on site. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the opportunity to be part of a team that values integrity, innovation, and putting people first.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, as required for an aero and defense environment.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
  • Assist with access control procedures and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas, as applicable to an aero and defense location.
  • Support emergency response activities and follow protocols specific to the facility and its operational needs.
