Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Guided by a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will support daily operations with professionalism and integrity. Position Type: Part Time - Overnight Shift Pay Rate: $21.77 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with post orders and property guidelines.
Support daily operations by assisting with visitor directions, answering general questions, and completing routine reports related to incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
