Security Operations Center Specialist – Full Time – Redmond, WA Wage: $35.51/HR Available Schedule: Friday - Monday 10pm-6:45am Join our team at Securitas Security where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving elite training in safety and security. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable Military/Law Enforcement service.
2+ years of professional experience in customer service or Security required.
Intermediate to advanced computer / technology skills needed.
Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Continuously identify, assess, and monitor security risks, providing timely information to support critical decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective best in-class security programs and strategies.
Monitor and respond to all security, communications, and fire/life safety systems and alarms within the designated area.
Receive and respond to routine and emergency calls via phone, intercom, and two-way communication systems.
Coordinate and dispatch security rovers and patrols, receiving and assessing reports from field personnel.
Issue emergency notifications in accordance with site post orders.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
Provide detailed written routine and critical incident reports.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
