Requirements

Must have prior security and receptionist experience
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to conduct foot patrols
Emphasis on attention to detail
Professional appearance
Solid report writing skills
Attend our licensing class on a Monday and Tuesday in Raleigh, if not currently in possession of a state PPSB-issued security license

Responsibilities

Front desk/receptionist task
Answering and forwarding calls
Directing visitors
Ensuring access to the facility is strictly monitored
Conduct interior foot patrols
Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP
Act quickly and efficiently according to such directives
