Requirements

Prior security experience
Prior receptionist or front desk experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Solid report writing skills
Applicants who do not currently possess a state-issued security license must attend our licensing class held Monday and Tuesday in Raleigh through the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board requirements

Responsibilities

Front desk and reception functions
Answering and forwarding incoming calls
Greeting and directing visitors
Monitoring and controlling facility access
Conducting interior and exterior foot patrols
Completing detailed and accurate incident reports
Following all Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Thoroughly understand site procedures and respond quickly and effectively according to established directives
