Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor lobby and entrance activity, manage visitor check-in and sign-in processes, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
Answer phones, provide directions, receive and relay information, and support building operations with clear communication and professional service.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related events and notifying appropriate contacts.
Support access control functions by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes when required, and maintaining accurate front desk logs and reports.
