Requirements

High school diploma or GED must be over 18, and legally authorized to work in the USA.
Experience with de-escalation techniques, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to integrity.

Responsibilities

Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety rules and regulations to minimize accidents and product damage.
Proactive Patrols: Regularly inspect hazardous material areas to prevent fires and injuries.
Access Control: Manage access to the main and employee entrances, as well as shipping and receiving areas, to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
24/7 Security Operations: Oversee our Security Operations Center, monitoring life safety systems, access control, surveillance, and more.
Emergency Response: Collaborate with external emergency personnel and internal teams during incidents.
Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of internal and external incidents.
Security Program Execution: Implement Emergency Action Plans, Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, and other security programs.
Additional Duties: Perform plant/trailer temperature checks, food defense inspections, and security patrols. Conduct Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and Urine Drug Testing (UDT). Assist in developing and improving security processes.
