Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Must be over 18
Legally authorized to work in the USA
Experience with de-escalation techniques
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to integrity

Responsibilities

Implement and enforce safety rules and regulations to minimize accidents and product damage.
Regularly inspect hazardous material areas to prevent fires and injuries.
Manage access to the main and employee entrances, as well as shipping and receiving areas, to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
Oversee our Security Operations Center, monitoring life safety systems, access control, surveillance, and more.
Collaborate with external emergency personnel and internal teams during incidents.
Conduct thorough investigations of internal and external incidents.
Implement Emergency Action Plans, Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, and other security programs.
Perform plant/trailer temperature checks, food defense inspections, and security patrols.
Conduct Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and Urine Drug Testing (UDT).
Assist in developing and improving security processes.
