About The Position

The primary purpose of the Security Officer at Patriot Security Enterprises LLC is to ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and visitors by maintaining a visible and professional presence, monitoring surveillance equipment, and conducting regular patrols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role or similar position.
• Proven experience in monitoring and patrolling premises to ensure safety and security.
• Strong observational and surveillance skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Operate and monitor security control panels, alarm systems, and surveillance equipment to detect and respond to potential security breaches.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, providing assistance to emergency services as required.
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel to coordinate response to incidents.
• Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors in emergency situations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing Patriot Security Enterprises LLC with integrity and respect.
