Security Officers are responsible for the safety, welfare and enforcement of facility rules and policies by all residents and guests using the gate facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Security Class D license required.
- CPR/AED required.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor under adverse conditions.
- Occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of the residents by monitoring facility conditions which may lead to accidents in and around the gates and common areas.
- Writing incident reports and processing according to policy.
- Checking decals and passes and assisting at social gatherings to ensure enjoyment by all residents and guests using the facilities and surrounding areas of recreation.
- Assisting other departments within the facility when needed, as well as supervising high traffic and congestion areas.
- Available for special events parking requirements.
