Requirements

Have excellent customer service skills and sound judgement.
Schedule adherence and punctuality.
Standing for long periods of time when needed.
Security Guard Card
Excellent professionalism, good hygiene, and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledgeable in the key aspects of private security including, but not limited to responding to emergencies, preparing incident reports, reviewing CCTV footage, etc.
Some experience in security or high-end Customer Service.

Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests. Checking guests in and out as needed.
Communicate effectively with guests while maintaining excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills
Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
Patrolling the grounds via golf cart
