Requirements

No experience necessary!
High level of customer service.
Detail-orientated and organized nature.
Sensitive in dealing with people and proactive in providing solutions.
Good judgment.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Social perceptiveness and good vision to identify people.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
Benefit from working flexible hours
Experience with computers.
Valid BC Security License and/or completion of Gaming Security Officer (GSO) training/exam (paid) within 10 days of start.
Completion of Serving It Right certificate prior to start date if not already a holder
Current First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Maintain a presence on the gaming floor and be able to respond to guest inquiries quickly.
Control access to the facility and sensitive areas.
Monitor alarm panels, control and issue keys.
Write reports and maintain a daily log.
Provide First Aid and medical attention as needed.
