You will monitor activity, coordinate communication, and help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Must be 21+ years of age for this position.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications using dispatch systems to support security-related operations within the financial institution location.
Coordinate with on-site security-related personnel and law enforcement as needed to address incidents and/or emergencies.
Document and report incidents, activities, and communications accurately in real time according to site-specific protocols.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between staff, visitors, and security-related teams.
Support security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain order within the location.
Assist in the management of access control systems, monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
