As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will greet employees and visitors, manage access control and badging, monitor alarm panels and security-related systems, and handle calls and incident documentation with professionalism. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Customer service experience is preferred.
Guard card and/or license is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a front desk within a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Control access to the facility by greeting and screening visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs, and directing guests according to established procedures.
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area, document observations, and report irregular activity per post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notify appropriate personnel, and complete detailed incident reports.
Assist with administrative security-related tasks such as answering phones, managing keys and/or access cards, coordinating deliveries, and supporting lobby flow during high-volume periods.
