As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering a customer-first experience. Requirements
- Have 1+ years of security experience.
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
- Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or visitor logs as required, and directing employees, customers, and vendors according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, contacting emergency services when needed, and coordinating with site management.
- Complete patrol and incident documentation, communicate observations to Allied Universal and site representatives, and support security-related investigations as directed.
