As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will be the welcoming face for all visitors and staff, managing access control and providing a reassuring presence. Your role involves monitoring entry points, assisting with badge and alarm panel processes, and helping to deter security-related incidents through attentive customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, patients, and/or staff members at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and providing visitor badges as needed in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Communicate security-related concerns or suspicious activity to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other front desk operations as required by site procedures.
Provide customer service to all individuals interacting with the front desk, addressing questions and directing them to appropriate areas or personnel.
Support emergency response activities by following site-specific protocols and assisting first responders as directed.
