We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Part Time Security Officer to join our team in Lathrop, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
- Manage inbound and outbound truck and trailer traffic
- Verify and document movements with accuracy
- Utilize computer software to record and track activity
- Maintain strict attention to detail and follow site procedures
