As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide outstanding customer service, support access control needs, and communicate clearly with visitors and staff. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company guidelines.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter potential risks within the financial institution environment.
