What You'll Do Provide visible security and customer service at the site Follow site-specific safety and security procedures Respond to incidents calmly and make smart decisions under pressure Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings and surrounding areas Support emergency response activities when needed Why this matters: Your presence helps prevent problems before they start and ensures quick, confident action when something does happen. What You Need Age Requirement 18+ for unarmed roles 21+ for armed roles High school diploma (or equivalent) OR 5 years of verifiable experience 1+ year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience Ability to pass: Background investigation (per federal, state, and local law) Drug screening (where permitted by law) Licensing as required by state or local regulations Valid driver's license only if the position requires driving Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Requirements
