About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated security officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for our property, staff, and vehicles. The ideal candidate should have experience providing an outstanding level of customer service and can effectively manage difficult situations. Responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring access to the property, responding to incidents, and documenting incidents. The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Location & Site Specific Information: Downtown Houston 77002 Schedule: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 6am-1pm 6am-1pm 6am-1pm 6am-1pm 6am-1pm Total weekly hours = 35 hours (set schedule)

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking garage to prevent theft, trespassing, or vandalism.
• Request emergency personnel as needed.
• Assist management with specific needs.
• Patrol and provide security presence.
• Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
• Patrol all areas of site.
• Warn and report violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Ensure security breaches are immediately reported.
