As a Security Officer on the overnight shift, you will help create a safe and welcoming environment for guests and associates while protecting hotel property and maintaining order.

Requirements

Previous security, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of CCTV systems is a plus.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and tactful in high-stress situations.
Basic Microsoft Office proficiency and clear written communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Patrol hotel interior and exterior areas to identify safety hazards or suspicious activity.
Monitor and report activity using security cameras, maintaining detailed logs of observations.
Control access at associate entrances, issue and collect visitor passes, and safeguard keys to critical areas.
Investigate theft, property damage, trespassing, or personal injury incidents and prepare clear, detailed reports.
Respond to guest disturbances or rule violations, taking appropriate action to maintain order.
Assist with emergency response procedures, including fire, severe weather, medical, or evacuation situations.
Manage lost and found inventory and generate associate identification cards.
Support leadership with additional security-related tasks as needed.
