Please read through entire job posting before applying! $18.00 Per Hour! WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, CURRENT or RENEWABLE (less than 5 years past expiration date) WI Security License. Must have own reliable vehicle. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shifts during the weekends on occasion and be flexible to cover available shifts. As an on-call flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes are frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. Minimum Requirements: Current Driver's License and good driving record MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites. Mileage and time travel pay! Requirements

MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.
Pass background check

Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
Must not have any felonies per Wisconsin DSPS Private Security License requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Report any facility issues
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations if applicable
