Cell phone
Duty belt & gear
Baton Permit
O.C. Spray Permit
Dependable transportation, own vehicle
18 years + (Unarmed)
21 years + (Armed)
Willing to follow procedure and company policy
Willing to work with a focused team and follow the supervisor's commands
Must be able to work 2-way radios

Responsibilities

Be present on the property as a crime deterrent
Be hands-on and able to de-escalate situations
Handle stressful situations
Read, understand, and write and speak English
Work in various environments, including adverse outdoor conditions
Constant mental alertness and attention to detail are required while setting priorities and following up on assignments
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally and effectively
Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
Frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
Be proficient with technology, such as computers and using phone apps
Read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
Handle the pressure of working with a high-volume general public
