About The Position

Join Harrah’s North Kansas City as a Security Officer with a typical starting rate of pay of $18.00 per hour with a unique schedule of two 12‑hour shifts, two 8‑hour shifts, and three days off in a row. Our team works around the clock including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the property safe through walking and driving patrols, responding to incidents, escorting money transfers, securing drop boxes, and enforcing Missouri Gaming Commission regulations—including checking IDs to ensure all guests entering gaming areas are 21 or older. You’ll interact professionally with guests, complete accurate reports, and support a secure, welcoming environment.
