Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Full-Time in Atlanta, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a vibrant commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence to all visitors. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals and support a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.
Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
